Services in Insolvency law
The peritus Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has many years of experience in insolvency administration. With our four insolvency administrators who are assigned by various insolvency courts as independent experts, trustees and insolvency administrators we also consider ourselves as service providers of the insolvency court. According to our motto “design and manage” our processes are efficiently designed in coordination with the courts and continually optimized thus minimizing the burden on the courts.
The peritus Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has a large and qualified staff of lawyers, advisors and accounting personnel, who ensure that even larger legal proceedings can be managed competently and reliably. In particular, our goals are:

- Design and implementation of restructuring by transfer
- Formation of rescue companies and job-saving schemes
- Drafting and implementation of insolvency plans.
